Our first school trip to Basildon Fire Station

Wow!!!

What a day we have had!

The children were so excited to see the fire station, lots of Mummys joined us too. Thank you to Basildon Fire Station for taking time out of their busy day to show us all around the fire station and the fire engines. 

The children were so well behaved and were a credit to the school. Well done on completing your first school trip!

Remembrance Day

Today we remembered the soldiers. We made poppies and had a coulee of minutes silence to remember the soldiers.

Listening walk

We had a fantastic time on our 'adventure!' We went to see the builders, but they weren't making much noise. We think they were having a tea break! Then we went to the forest and heard the rustling leaves. Finally, we went across the field and listened to the sounds that we could hear near the road. We had so much fun! I hope the children told you all about it.
